First time going to them. Chris fixed my transmission on my Subaru WRX. He quoted me a price, and it was exactly that at the end (usually mechanics ive dealt with in the past add heaps of bs on and it exceeds the quote).I have never felt my car feel so smooth and nice. 10/10, i will be going to him from now.Keep up the good work guys, and thank you again.

Michael was so helpful when another useless mechanic stuffed my transmission because they didn’t know what they were doing. Michael fixed my car at a good price and was very quick!!! Highly recommend!!!!! A+++

The best mechanic service I have ever used in my whole life. So peace of mind to left my car there and picked it up on the next day and could feel how much better of the performance of the engine although I had no knowledge about transmission. it was also affordable price. You definitely should choose this service. I've just got my reminder letter to have my car served. What a great service of them!

Absolutely horrendous service or lack of. Car was delivered there 6 weeks ago and told today they couldn’t do it. They lied, no communication and made promises they couldn’t keep. NOT recommended at all.

I have just picked up my Ford Mondeo from Chris and the Guys, the car has never ever been this smooth , I am extremely impressed with the quality of the work, the service that I received, and the price was about $3,000.00 less than the other quotes that I received. and I have a 24 month warranty. I highly recommend Keysborough Automatics! They literally saved my thousands! I took my car in for a transmission service (had oil leaks and codes). I was told by other mechanics that I’d need a new transmission ($4k-8k) but the service was done for $279 and my car had never driven so good! (Leaks and codes are fixed) Chris was great by telling me what needed to be done and I couldn’t be happier.Thanks so much!

Good day,I booked the car, for a gear box oil change, but I was told that the car needs to be road tested first.Chris took the car for the test, and at the end I was told that my CVT transmission is so faulty that needs to be changed, and I was quoted a very large amount of money.I asked if it can be repaired, but I was told that no.I took the car home, as the price was way out of my budget. On the way home I was just thinking:1. My Mini Cooper R56 S is a 2010 manufactured car.2. My car does not have a CVT (Continuous Variable Transmission) (they stopped using CVT in 2006) , but a 6 speed Aisin gear box which is a DCT (Dual Clutch Transmission).3. I was asking for an oil change, but instead I was told the transmission needs change.So, I decided to do my research in the internet and the general advice I find for my transmission issues was first and foremost to try an oil change.So, I called the Lube Mobile Mechanics, and booked the car for Monday, the 7th of November. The mechanic, done a great job, changed my oil, he found the oil level was very low in the transmission.After the oil change, the transmission problems “magically” disappeared, the car is again so fun to drive, and all this for less than 8% of the price quoted for the transmission change including parts and oil.That let me with a very bitter taste, and probably I will never come to Keysborough Automatic or recommend it.

Absolutely abhorrent experience here. We brought our car here well over a month ago with transmission issues and they've told us that they would fix it within a week or so. We've had constant delays and completely ignored any correspondence with us. When they inevitably not fix the car, they'd refuse to let us know what was happening and outright lied about progress. The car is completely unchanged, and they are even refusing to return the car to us without being difficult. Once the car is back in my possession, I wouldn't trust them with my car again, and I recommend that you go elsewhere to get your car serviced. So much for transmission specialists.
