The mover arrived very late without informing at all, was sloppy at handling the goods, and told us to sign the customer feedback form without being allowed to actually fill it up ourselves (i guess he wanted to write all good feedback for himself). I'd give less stars if not for the fact that my box was fortunately sturdy and nothing was broken, and the fact that the other staffs were lovely and pleasant to deal with.[Edit: just saw the owner's reply. No idea what they consider a mover"
