Regular customer at this store, always greeted politely and they provide great customer service. I always come here to get my eyebrows threaded and the ladies always take care and do an amazing job! Came here again on Sunday to get my eyelashes lifted & tinted for the first time not sure of the ladies name but was so happy with the way it turned out & the helpful advice she gave me to ensure they last as long as possible! Will definitely continue to be a regular and highly recommend this store.

definitely the place to go if you want fast & affordable service. just don’t be disappointed if they miss half your eyebrow & you have to go over them with tweezers afterwards. will be going elsewhere.

30 July 2022 5:48pm the shop closes@6pm and i walked in@5:48pm for eyebrow threading. The lady at reception said to me that the shop is already closed cause she has stuff to do but she was sitting there talking through her air pods. The same lady is the lady that did my facial hair 2months ago and didn't know how to shape my eyebrows so the other lady had to fix it. On that same day she was turning alot of customers away saying they have to book for eyebrows etc but the shop wasn't even busy. There were only 2 of us there for eyebrows. She is not good for your business. She is very rude, not welcoming and is lazy. You are probably losing customers/money because of her. She needs to be retrained on customer service and eyebrows service. Very poor service from her and bad experience.

I’ve done facial threading my entire adulthood. I did facial and eyebrow thread at this place. The lady that did my face was inexperienced, my chin was cut with the thread and I’ve got a 5cm long cut on my chin right now, my under eye was done so roughly that’s all red with the hair partially removed. It was so rushed and she kept putting/rubbing her entire palm on my eyebrows and touching my face instead of using a cotton ball or a more sanitary alternative. I also had to remind her to do the upper lip and the under eye and the forehead because she forgot. Not a very pleasant experience. I visited the shop on Friday 2 :20 pm on 21/10/22.

My apologizes for mispronouncing the staffs name Miss Malkeet or Balkeet offers excellent service. It has always been my preference to come to the Rouse Hill branch because of her work. No shortcuts are taken in her work; she ensures that everything is up to par. Delivers what is intended to be delivered to customers. My experience with her service has been very positive. Had been to Temple spa a week ago for a facial, which didn't make any difference to my skin so I went to my regular goto.... Indian Beauty Secrets....was very satisfied with the facial.

My friend visited the Rouse Hill store to get her full face waxed and threaded yesterday afternoon. She is a regular there and visits on a weekly basis.This time she had a horrible experience and won’t be returning. The girl threaded her eyebrows but there was hair that wasn’t threaded. My friend kindly asked her to remove those hairs. The girl then looked at her colleague (Malkeet I think - the manager) and they just laughed and that colleague was with a client who was also Indian and she also joined in smirking.My friend felt horrible, degraded and embarrassed. This should not be done to anyone.Action needs to be taken.On top of that she was left with thread cuts due to how harsh the lady was.Do not visit this store.UPDATE- While the salon has responded to my review - this has been purely for publicity purposes. My friend reached out to the salon via email and received no response at all. If they really cared, they would have been in contact with her before replying here.
