Charlotte has a very professional, responsive, listening, proactive and hardworking team. Once my tenant issued notice of leaving, her team immediately took the necessary actions to secure a new tenant. Their excellent teamwork helped to secure a new tenant rather instantly despite the lackluster rental market; with rental rate to my satisfaction. Kudos go to the entire leasing team especially Bronte, Sonia and Tom. Highly recommended!!

Rented a property through this branch..very poor communication, and slow or no response in fixing issues. Difficulties getting our bond returned. We handed the property back in a better condition than it was given, they submitted a tribunal application against us, no communication and then withdrew the application the day before. We got our bond back, but such a waste of time and expense with no explanation.
