Raimond Coletta has been a very effective property manager with prompt responses and great advice on anything tenant related. I decided to switch all my properties to be managed by him. What you can expect from him is professionalism, clear communication, honest advice, and timely responses. Unlike other agents that I dealt with, Raimond would get back to my queries promptly, and have annual inspection reports emailed to me on time, so I am aware of any issues immediately. Highly recommended Raimond to other landlord friends of mine.
