I have never had a worse customer service experience at a nail salon. I read bad reviews about this place before going and thought I would give it a try. I should have listened to the earlier reviews! Staff are beyond rude and not accommodating.

Booked manicure pedicure for our wedding. Waited 20 minutes, no acknowledgement at all. Ended up leaving and telling the staff that and they ignored us as we walked out. I'm a regular here and this is the first time I've ever had this experience but seems like it's becoming the norm looking at the newest reviews. I will never go back. Unacceptable.

this place is the absolute worst nail salon I have even been to in my life! I would not recommend this place to even my worst enemy my full set of acrylics took over 2 hours and my 2 year niece could have done a better job they look absolutely atrocious!!!! I paid $100 and they had the audacity to charge me $2 per crystal for my nails which I could purchase at Kmart for 50c. I went back the next day to complain and they wanted to charge me $50 to remove the set PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE IM WARNING YOU NOW!!!!!

Great experience overall, the staff are polite and the shop is clean and tidy. The place is usually empty and quiet but it's located inside a little centre. The only downfall is that they do not shave the feet for dead skin during a pedi.

Worst place this is my 4th time and everytime I have to wait 45 plus minutes even though you book because they are so greedy they just keep on taking walk ins. Leave you there with acetone on for 35 mins so they can work away the walk ins to damage my nails and skin.

My wife comes here regularly and so does my mum. After today's incident we will stop going here.My wife made an appointment 1 month ago specially for today as she has an event tomorrow 24th June 2021.The appointment was made on site not over the phone. And the lady making the appointment also wrote it down in front of my wife.After walking into the appointment she was told and harassed that she shouldn't have made an appointment so far in advance and the appointment needs to be re confirmed by my wife before coming in. What??? Firstly the shop should ring the customer not the other way around. The whole purpose of making the appointment is so it is booked in!We will be recommending other nail shops to our friends and family. Shes been supporting this business for nearly 3 years since they open. Even during covid. Sad to see this is how they value clients.

Terrible service. I made an appointment two weeks ago for my daughters birthday. Turned up at 11am and was made to wait 40min. When I enquired multiple times about how much longer we had to wait, I was rudely dismissed with a wave of the hand.We walked out, nails not done and 40min wasted.Ruined my daughters birthday surprise.

I've used this place a few times before but only to get my SNS removed but thought I'll give it a try for a mani and a pedi. Lovely ladies (and one gentleman), however, the technician that did my pedi scrubbed too hard and I saw that I had tiny grazes on my heel when I got home! I don't think they even used a fresh pack of tools, now that I think about it.Hygiene-wise, this place is a no-no, tables were still dirty from the previous customer and the pedi chair was also dirty and sticky from previous uses. May just be me being 'extra picky' but especially now with the pandemic, I think the cleaning should really be more heightened and vigilant.Customers were in and out of the pedi chairs and these were not wiped down at all in between uses.Prices are good though - affordable and the salon is cute and well-lit.

Don’t waste your time, booking are irrelevant because they just let walk ins in. It’s a 40+ min wait everytime, if you book with a friend prepare to wait hours. They won’t do you at the same time because they will have 5 walk ins ahead of your booking.Eftpos is always “out of order” so it’s cash only which is illegal. I have reported the business to the Tax office.

Beautiful service by Coco Beauty Bar!I have been passing through anytime I visit the Chemist and decided to give Coco Beauty Bar a try.They have got friendly staff and understood our needs.A shout out to King" and "Moon" and the other beautiful lady that did our manicures and pedicures.My daughter loved her special treat and I love mine too.Thank you for being so patient and professional.Have a beautiful holiday season"
