Amazing Showroom in Joondalup with a great range. Had no idea what I was looking for and what would be best for me. Paul has excellent knowledge around the products and supplied and installed in a professional manner at a reasonable cost that suited my budget. Really happy with my new gas heater!!

Had a fire ordered and installation booked, but heard nothing from the company. Had to chase them up two days before the installation to check all was still going ahead as planned. Only to be told that they had received part of the order late the prior week, and to get the fire delivered in time for the installation we would need to pay a premium delivery fee as the courier would be needed the next day. Had to pay $350 to get the fire delivered the next day in order for them to install on the planned date. Extremely frustrated and disappointed to have had to pay these additional chargers due to poor process and a lack of communication on part of Joondalup Heating & Cooling.

Great service, prompt and very manerable. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Exellent customer service from Paris at the Showroom to the boys completing the install. Recommended a certain wood heater for our place, fitted in beautifully. Won't be dissapointed if you go with these guys.
