Great tennis facility.

Tried out the coaching at this club for my son. Head coach was unresponsive by phone & email. Had to show up in person to make an enquiry about lessons. When we came back for the trial lesson it was chaotic, we asked one of the coaches where we should go & nobody wanted to help. Once we found the right court, the young coach told my son what was wrong with his playing but didn’t show him how to correct it. Afterwards there was no feedback, none of the coaches were approachable & no one wanted to answer any questions. We waited for the head coach to speak with him but he just let us stand there waiting until we shouted at him to ask a question. No feedback, no follow up & he just told us to fill out a form. Obviously they don’t care whether new students sign up or not. It was a terrible experience being ignored. We are never going back!

As an opponent parent, we love coming to this tennis club. The people are friendly, new rooms are beautiful and the park and playground is great. Not to mention the view into the city!

A great club, particularly for social tennis. New LED lights were installed in 2019 which come on instantly and provide excellent illumination (for $10/hr). The annual membership is cheap but the automated renewal system is unreliable and regularly cancels your membership as it doesn't recognise your payment. Hopefully this will be improved.
