Was here to get an iPad screen fixed they quoted $150 and so I decided to fix it here and dropped it off, they told me that it would take roughly 2 days for them to fix.Four days passes by but no one had called so I decided to drop by and see if it was done, they told me that it had already been done two days ago and someone had called me to pick it up. Nobody had called. When they did give us the iPad the repair they did on it was sub-par. Dried glue from the screen was sticking out from all sides, the screen they used was smaller then the actual iPad and had a noticeable gap filled with dried glue. The camera was not centred and had dust under the glass where the camera was.They did give me two options:1. $50 discount from the $150 price.2. Send the iPad back and get it fixed again by the same people.I took the first option but it isn't worth going through the trouble and having an iPad with lots of dried glue and a gap in it. Going to a dedicated screen repair shop is way better off and would cost you around the same quoted price.Edit: I knew you guys would give some whitty answer to my review (just like all the other one star reviews), although nothing is ever perfect" as you say I don't think an average iPad glass repair should have a massive gap on the left side? If your technician of 15 years can't get the size of the glass right and not cleaning the glass properly before installing it

Service could not have been better. Delivery was extremely fast.There was a fault in the product(manufactures problem not D KONNECT) and return was quite painless. I ended up buying a different product and again service was excellent. Very easy people to deal with which makes life much easier. I will definitely come back to them if I am looking for something in the range.

My experience is always very pleasant and the staff are very nice and helpful. Whenever I have a problem, need help or have a question to do with my phone or any other electronics I go to D. Konnect and they look after me and do a great job. Thanks guys! :)

Dennis and his team are very friendly. They helped me with my phone issues. They have all the gadgets if you need screen repairs etc. Also the Bitcoin machine was cool and i bought my first 50$!

My iPhone kept turning off so the staff suggested that I have the battery replaced. They quoted a good price and the service was quick. I think the iPhone works even better and faster now. They also answered questions about my phone plan and through switching providers, they've saved me $40 monthly! Thank you Dennis and team :)

Super helpful and honest.Just had an issue with my phone that I was happy to pay to fix but the staff here indicated the problem had an easy solution and they fixed it for free. Will come back!!

Do not trust there BITCOIN ATM. While the market was down 18k they were charging 21k per bitcoin. they claim it's the way they make there profit. After I purchased I wanted to sort out the matter but they refused and after requesting to speak to the owner. Not to mention another person came in to complain about them not following whats going on in the market.They admitted and said it's a way to take advantage of the market. I will see them on Tuesday to hopefully resolve this.Response After: I'm giving consumers an idea of your 30% mark-up on what's happening in the market. I'm all for you guys to male profit but being greedy whilst the market has frozen online deposits. Thank you for your feedback but I can now do deposits at tattersalls for 4% fee.

Good service. Fitted my iphone with a new battery quickly & cheaply, & offered my money back if the new battery didn't fix the issue. Can't ask for a better deal than that.

dont bother going for repairs. quoted me for a battery install for G4 plus. when they opened the phone up they saw there were alot of screws to open first, they then tried to force the battery holder open to save time, when that failed they returned it to me uninstalled with internal damage and 1 screw missing. Disgraceful!! couldnt be bothered to spend a few extra minutes to honour a quote

Good Job guys! I got my Hp pavillion x360 convertible hard drive replaced and windows installation for reasonable price. Was sceptical initially but when I spoke to them in person I got that trust to leave my laptop with them. Punctual and quality work. Thanks.
