Cassini Communications

Our practice came to Cassini Communications via our IT providers who recommended them. I trusted our IT team, so I figured we would give Cassini Communications a go. Our previous communications provider had been expensive and not overly responsive to any issues we had so I felt we had nothing to lose. Since being with Cassini I have found them to be A1 in their customer service, they are prompt in response to all issues and to be frank since we have been with them our problems have been much less frequent. We have just changed our phone system over following their recommendation and it is the best move we could have made. We are more than happy with them and look forward to dealing with their great team now and in the future.

Cassini Communications is an unreliable and dishonest company. Their technical support is also all but fictious as they never answer their phone line. Their contracts are confusing and not transparent
