I highly recommend Belinda Goodwin. I’ve been her client since last year. I keep coming back to her salon because she always does a great job on my hair. I’ve become a fan of the Cezanne treatment. It has transformed my hair and made it softer, more shiny, frizz-free and much more manageable. Many of my friends, colleagues and family loved and complimented how great my hair looks. I also tried hair colour from Belinda and I loved it. She knows what colour looks best on me. She listens to what I prefer but at the same time gives her honest opinion and knows what will look great on me. She’s such an expert on haircuts too and I loved how she did and customised the lob for my hair texture because I have thick hair. Yes to undercut! Belinda has been styling my hair for about 12 months. I am severely allergic to hair dye but definitely do not want to leave my hair grey. I contacted Belinda about 12 months ago because others had cancelled my appointment at the last minute.Belinda accommodated me and painstakingly foiled my hair, ensuring that the dye did not touch my skull. My hair always comes out looking glossy and healthy. The colour looks great, and the cut is contemporary and stylish every time.Belinda is patient with me, as I am demanding. She understands what it means to want beautiful hair. I appreciate Belinda’s professionalism, attention to detail, and her creative flair.

Belinda is an amazing hair and makeup stylist. She’s warm and friendly and puts you at ease. She went out of her way to fit me in on short notice and did an amazing job on my 1920s theme party look. I had compliments all night about her awesome job and how authentic it was. Both hair and makeup lasted the whole night. Such a wonderful experience. I noticed a mate was looking exceptionally good one day..and for a while neither he nor I could figure out why I came to this conclusion.Then I worked it out - it was his hair!It was a subtle but awesome change that I had detected in his hair.I believe having fabulous hair is an essential “beauty” factor that men often forget about.I took the next step and asked for a referral to my mate’s hairdresser and that is how I met Belinda….and since meeting Belinda I’ve never been so satisfied from a hairdresser for decades.Belinda obviously has deep knowledge, experience, and wisdom in hairdressing, she is a genius.

I first came across Belinda and her craft when I needed hair and make-up done in my local area of Darlinghurst. Right from the point of my initial enquiry I got the sense that Belinda was someone that carried through her work with excellence. It was her questions and cross-check of ideas, images, etc before my appointment. This gave me a high degree of confidence in her benchmark level of quality....and off course she delivered!! I was the 'Belle of the Ball' lol :-) Next....something more...bigger and bolder (for me). A quick truth of mine....I had kept my natural mousy blonde hair colour for over 10 years. I did colour it once upon a time but years of not going to the right people jaded me and I was always hesitant to go back down that damaged, coloured hair route. But I’ve always loved blonde hair…and now that I had met Belinda, I was 100% confident that she could get me to something beautiful. I trusted her completely, and again, this is because it was so obvious in all my dealings with Belinda that she is so genuinely and authentically invested in creating what is beautiful for her clients. So I did it – I went blonde and went with the flow of what Belinda suggested after she listened to my desires (and concerns). I am honestly so ridiculously happy with my hair and I have Belinda to thank for it. Belinda honours her talent and gift in her craft – I 250% recommend her and even now that I’m living in Brisbane, I still travel down to Sydney for Belinda to do my hair. Thanks Belinda!

Very disappointed with my hair cut. Belinda seemed more focused on selling products than listening. I requested that my fringe, that I had been growing out, not be touched but Belinda insisted on trimming it leaving me with a fringe again the sits up like a crest. Dry cutting after using a straightening iron also does not work for curly hair because the style is lost once the hair bounces back when the waviness kicks back in. I gave this feedback to Belinda who responded that a new style takes some getting used to. Well, this was not the style I requested so I will not be returning.

Belinda is amazing! She was recommended to me by a friend and has been the best hairdresser I have come across. I have thin hair and she helps make it look thicker with regular cuts and colour for a decent price. Belinda also recently did my hair and make up for my wedding alongside my sister and mothers. She did us all amazing up styles and fabulous make up which looked great all day and night! Would highly recommend.

She has helped me transform my hairstyle through different cuts/colours, from funky bobs with under cuts, bright red balayage colour to my latest blonde block undercolour style which I am rocking. I have difficult thick Asian hair and Belinda has no issues with thinning this out so it’s more manageable or bleaching so it’s coloured to perfection. I always feel like a million dollars after a haircut with Belinda, not only does she provide professional stylish haircuts but she is the most grounded and spiritual soul who you can open up to and have a deep conversation and she has a genuine interest in her clients who come from diverse backgrounds.
