Highly recommend House Search Australia. We predominantly worked with Cathy who helped us secure our house in Pymble. Cathy was professional, responsive and steadfast, and her interpersonal and negotiation skills were exceptional. House Search paid for themselves many times over by helping us avoid a property that was in a potential redevelopment zone (we would not have discovered on our own) and talking us out of making a very high counter offer during negotiations. Even after we exchanged contracts and paid House Search, Cathy continued to provide a stellar service including making sure we could get any inspections we needed done (working with an uncooperative real estate agent) and helping us thoroughly inspect the house in the pre-settlement inspection.The only downside is the contract terms state that the buyers agent fee is payable immediately upon exchange of contracts and is not refundable if the contract fails to complete. However these same contract terms were in every buyers agent agreement we reviewed, so is more an industry wide issue rather than an issue with House Search Australia specifically.Overall we are thrilled with our new home and it’s all thanks to Cathy and House Search Australia. Hoping to not have to move or buy a house again, but if we did, we would go back to House Search without hesitation.
