We had to put our beloved 16 year old dog down. They showed the utmost respect and care with our dog and also to us. They went above and beyond in making us feel comfortable and our dog Bailey. I would highly recommend them.

Thank you so much for the years you have helped me Charlie.I had to say good bye to my best mate today and David was so gentle and made sure a horrible day was done with genuine care and peacefully.My Charlie had so many things happen over the years and David was always there to provide options and advise and I have greatly appreciated him for about 4yrs. To be honest I wish I had of been Taking Charlie to David for the whole little over 15yrs I had my little man.Thank you to the nurses and reception staff that were always so nice when I had to book or get his medicines or just had a question, I've dealt with I'm guessing all over them over the last 4 years and they are all really nice and genuine people.I would have been lost without you all.Thank you all so much.Karl

Its been almost 3 weeks since I said the heart breaking good bye to my best friend Lake(15). Thank you David (vet), I couldn't have gone though with it without you being there, your knowledge , empathy and friendship will not be forgotten. I have been taking my 2 Great Danes there for 10 years and have always received caring and professional service.Recently I repeatedly tried to book my pet in, and for the first time, was unable to be fit in and told they were booked out for more than a week.Due to the age of my Dane, and the fact this he was experiencing pain, the receptionist/nurse advised that I take him to another vet.This isn’t ideal for me, now that my dogs are elderly and suffering more health issues l would like to keep going to vets that I know and trust, not have to begin a relationship with a new vet.I don’t know why it’s so hard to get in there now, but I hope it’s able to be sorted out soon because we have always gotten great health solutions there.

In 2006 we lost our beautiful dog Clara to cancer... when I called around the area for a vet to help us, all were busy 0or I was told to bring Clara to them, Clara could not be moved. As I called Penrith Veterinary Hospital and was told a vet will be there as soon as they were out of surgery which wasn’t long so I gave my address through my tears and had the most beautiful understanding lady on the other end that had sealed my loyalty to this amazing practice. Why would anyone go anywhere else when this is the most compassionate, reasonable and professional veterinary hospital. I want to thank you so much for your sincerity and heartfelt words recently 12th Dec when we lost our beautiful Lola. Our cat was 18 years old and they offered to have her with them so they organised her to be cremated and returned within a week. With all our pets we have lost, your heartfelt words I will never forget thank you so so much

Highly recommended. Staff are very kind and caring. Vets explain options on treatments very well and very kind and gentle with pets.

I have not physically been to this vet clinic or taken any of my pets here - but my score is based upon communications to book an appointment (phone & email) and although there is a shakey road ahead for my pet; i feel the efforts of the staff members I came into contact with should be commended and recognised.After having a bad experience at my long term vet, i started calling around to vets in my local area that treat and have experience in exotics. Specifically guinea pigs.I needed a second opinion for my 7 year old guinea pig. I rang these guys up and they secured me an appointment after listening patiently to my concerns about my previous experience and being quite clear that they dont have exotics specialists but they are still happy to see Stitch if i chose to take him there. The voice on the other end of the line was very patient, calm and sympathetic, but also friendly and professional.An appointment was made but not til several days (nearly 2 weeks away), i asked to be put on a cancellation list in case any openings came up earlier. That was acknowledged by Elise and I was ensured they would keep that in mind.The following day, one of the vets on staff sent me an email about Stitch's appointment and was very straight forward with letting me know that since i'm looking for a second opinion they thought he would be better suited to be seen by other vets and i was given an extensive list of alternative options, Dr names, along with their qualifications and clinic contact numbers, plus location.It helped me to make a better informed decision. I cancelled my appointment for Stitch at THIS vet clinic as i managed to secure an appointment another more specialised clinic. Now my boy is admitted to hospital and is having a procedure tomorrow. I pray that everything goes well. But it cemented my concerns that i needed a second opinion, but if it wasn't for a patient, calm, friendly and professional receptionist at the other end of the line at THIS clinic, and the extra step further of an on staff vet giving me their professional opinion, my Stitch would still be waiting, and possibly slowly declining.Thank you so much to Alison (who took my call), Elise (who replied to my online enquiry when i was desperately trying to find an exotics vet online during work time) and Dr Megan (veterinarian who sent me an email and ultimately helped me to make an informed decision.)
