Suddenly had a craving for Indian food and found this restaurant. The naan was super soft and addictive. We had the plain and garlic naan. The curries were also nice. The signature goat curry had a bit of space and heat to it. Did not taste too gamie. Tandoori Lamb also cooked medium rare - quite tender. The salsa on the papadams also matched well. The staff was a bit new though, and impacted the service slightly. Overall will recommend!

We had a great dinner here. We had a three course meal having been gifted a coupon. Super generous in the choices available. The food was fantastic and full of flavour, and the staff were amazing and very lovely to chat with. The restaurant itself was lovely and filled up as the night went on. Everyone around us was also clearly happy with their dining experience which always adds to the atmosphere.

Pleasantly surprised. We have been looking for a decent Indian restaurant for 4 years. It is located on the main strip of cafes and restaurants in Crows nest. We visited on a Monday night.You can park on the street or there's free parking in the Coles carpark for a limited of time.We ordered onion bahji's and the chicken momos for entree. They were both excellent, the homemade sauce for the momos were very tasty. Then for main we had the kholapuri with fish and the paneer tika masala. Both curries were flavoursome and delicious, it's not as spicy as what the menu described with the chilli icons. We had the curries with rice and garlic naan. The sauvignon blanc paired nicely with both dishes.The staff were very attentive and friendly. The food came out relatively fast.This will definitely be our regular go to for Indian!

Tasty Indian food. Friendly staff. Pricier side.The railway goat curry was delicious and meat was tender ($27). Lamb Biryani was flavourful and i loved the bread baked on top ($24) The garlic naan ($4) was fresh. Mango lassi was a bit too thick and hard to drink with a straw ($6)Restaurant is clean but floors are very slippery so a bit dangerous. Staff were friendly. Food is on the pricey side when compared with other Indian restaurants

No doubt that this is one of the best Indian restaurants not only in lower north shore but in Sydney.Service is very friendly / professional, ambience is alright, food and spices are well done, serving portions are quite generous and very reasonably priced for the quality of food and service they provide.

We visited Curry Nest this evening and were pleasantly surprised to find what is a hidden gem.The staff were very attentive and friendly, the dishes we had were well above average and better than the local competition in Indian Restaurants which we have been to many times throughout the years.The Rogan Gosh was exceptional and just right for me, and our other dishes were equally as good.We recommend you visit Curry Best if you are looking authentic well cooked Indian food, you will not be disappointed

Absolutely delicious Indian curries and very friendly service. I particularly love the wide range of wonderful vegetarian choices. All the dishes I've tried have their own distinct flavour, unlike some Indian restaurants where everything tastes as if the same basic flavours are used in everything. It's definitely my go-to choice for a great Indian experience.

There are plenty of Indian restaurants in Crows Nest but I find myself visiting Curry Nest most often. The curries are rich and thick with loads of flavour that go equally well with the fragrant basmati or the fluffy freshly made naans. The momos are also worth trying but beware of that sauce, the slow burning heat creeps slowly up your palate. Service can be hit or miss depending on the server but the food makes up for it.

I ordered the butter chicken with rice, papadam and naan. The butter chicken was really creamy and the rice was fluffy. Would love to come back to try other dishes on the menu again.

Restaurant less than 3kms away from my place. Order arrived 1 hour late, food was cold and below average taste. Had the butter chicken @ $24.90 and only got 6 small pieces of chicken, rest was runny sauce in small takeaway container size. Garlic naan @ $4.50 each only ok. Disappointed and unfortunately I will not be a returning customer and will advise others living in the area to avoid this place. Stingy with serving size portions, over priced and below average flavours. Choose another place instead.
