Wow!! after reading these other reviews it seems I must have caught Trevor on a bad day. I have just this minute got home from attempting to talk to Trevor about sanding and painting my kitchen cabinets. I walked into the office/reception with a sample door which upon viewing was met with an absolute reluctance, almost hostility from Trevor. As if sanding and painting the sample I bought was going to be a hassle even though it's exactly the service the company provides. Having been a builder/renovater for 30+ years I struggle to think of anyone i've dealt with who, as the representatitive of the business, seemed less interested in a job. Having found mostly positive reviews for Trevor and Dianella Polishing online i'm left scratching my head as to what his malfunction was this morning. Regardless i'll take my business elsewhere.
