BDS Mechanical Repairs Toowoomba

A disaster from start to finish. Truck still not fixed. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Incompetent,lies,very poor customer service and attitude.

Look no further for good mechanics in Toowoomba.So stoked with the job these guys did today at short notice. Getting me back on the road within a few hours.Tension bolt broke on my alternator due to a faulty bracket.My truck has more power now, my headlights work properly and I estimate I'm now saving over $10 dollars per 100km in fuel.If your boss doesn't buy you all a carton I will.10/10Cheers

My parents own a small truck company & bds were recommended by a fellow trucker to deal with the particular problem they were having. They found the issue and rectified it but didn’t actually fix the root cause of it. My dad was told it’s good to go 13k later and drove 10km Down the road and it failed again!! Causing the ECM to be fried again. They then refused to apply there warranty, which they rave about & then cost another 15k to get it fixed at a different mechanic. BDS mechanical are a bunch of grubs all over Queensland as this isn’t the first problem I’ve seen it dealt with with them. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this company even if your desperate. I sure wouldn’t & to be honest if I new were they were taking it there I wouldn’t have said don’t.
