Salt and Co is about the people , you can refreshingly tell people love working there, they are organised , attentive and accomodating to the guests. It’s about extending their positivity, service to others.Oh by the way , the team had a great experience , and the food was a amazing !!!

What an absolute amazing and nostalgic experience!Ryan was one of the most entertaining and educational hosts ever, and then indulging in the food we cooked at the end was the cream on top, thank you for the experience and the ninja kitchen assistant going through and making it such a seamless experience!

My husband, daughter and I experienced our first cookery school lesson with Reanne at the Fast Wholesome (cool weather) Food class. From the moment we walked through the door we were made to feel welcome. It was such a fun evening. Reanne taught us all about basic cookery techniques as well as advising us about the best buys and the importance of cooking with good quality spices etc.The food we all cooked was delicious and we got to meet some lovely people to share the evening with.Will definitely go again. My husband is doesn't cook and wasn't looking forward to it, but he really enjoyed the evening.

Had a wonderful evening learning about and trying out French cooking with Reanne and Ryan last week. Lovely people to learn from and lots of great little tips about produce, suppliers and technique. It was a really busy session with lots of processes to get through, so is a longer class than usual, so prepare to eat late! Lovely communal meal setting for each course you prepare. Don't be nervous if you're attending on your own - everyone pitches in and has a great time. Thanks team!

Attended as a team building activity for work, and prepared an Italian menu of food. Reanne is a fantastic and inspiring teacher, as is the rest of the team. Sitting down to eat, the food was nothing short of delicious. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking to have a fun time, and would like to take away some new skills.

Had such an outstanding experience taking the Japanese Izikaya class. Reanne was so knowledgable and her enthusiasm made the class fun and entertaining. There was a big zero waste and locally sourced focus - even the recipes given out at the end were printed on carbon neutral paper. We walked away feeling like we had learned so much and gained a new excitement for Japanese cooking at home. This experience is the perfect gift and a great activity to do with loved ones, absolutely worth the price.

We held our team building Christmas Event at Salt & Co and it was fantastic! Ryan and Anthony were exceptional and had us engaged and laughing the whole day long. Highly recommend the cooking class experience and the quality of the produce and food was outstanding. Thank you from the entire B Strata team. We'll be back! :)

I attended as part of team building for work. Great,fun experience with Ryan to guide us through cooking South American Street food. Salt & Co catered for our vegan and vegetarian colleagues so they didnt feel left out. Ryan also ensured that all experience levels were included and the beautiful knives were lovely and sharp.All the fun of cooking without the cleaning up, thanks to Billy (every kitchen needs one!) - dirty dishes, knives and boards magically disappeared and reappeared clean and dry.The BYO wine with glasses supplied was a great touch.I would recommend.
