I am not actually a customer, but have had the pleasure of watching this team do an incredible job removing five sections of a large building in Forest, Tasmania. The team worked really hard against all odds to get this job done, clearly they are extremely professional and experienced in this type of job.

Initial great conversations with Ken, with a willingness to help and no issues with being able to move a water tank. However, after a lot of work invested in getting people ready at collection point for the tank and arranging to have someone come over to help at drop off site (including many hours preparing the site etc), was disappointed with a last min cancelation. Not only that, it was just an email only an hour before they were due at the pick up location. No phone call or message, and only discovered the email after a phone call. We rescheduled for a week later, but again a no show after again making all the arrangements for people to help. But this time NO communication at all, and Ken wouldn't even answer my calls, I'm super disappointed, especially after how accommodating he was in our first arrangements. I will be using a different company and not recommending Kellara. I'm sorry Ken, but you can't run a business this way.
