Not very reliable with answering phone calls.

I had a full body massage today. I was really disappointed. I arrived 5 mins early but wasn’t taken to the massage room until 5 mins after my booking booking time.Therapist never asked if the pressure was okay, and I felt too uncomfortable to speak up as each time I went to say something she would relent so I would think she was about to use less pressure then she would use more pressure. The pressure was painful and not enjoyable on my chest area beside my shoulder and especially painful on my legs. I generally can handle quite a bit of pressure as I’m a regular to SE Asia where the pressure can be intense, but have never experienced something like this in Melbourne. My relaxation massage was more similar to a deep tissue massage.The lighting in the room was far too bright when facing the ceiling as the light shone through even with my eyes closed. A dimmer switch or eye covering would have made the lighting more comfortable. The therapist washed down each limb with a hot face washer, however instead of drying the water off just but the towel and blanket which I was laying under back on, which caused me to feel freezing until the water dried a few minutes later. This was repeated with each limb and was very uncomfortable during the massage and caused me to be unable to relax due to being wet beneath the blanket.My biggest gripe was that I had booked a full body massage, yet my feet, face and head were not massaged at all. I was shocked when the therapist told me the massage was finished as it seemed quick, and I was looking forward to my head massage. Once I got dressed I looked at my phone and it was only 2:57pm. It was 2:08 when I entered the room.Before she left the room, the therapist asked if I would like a glass of water, I said yes please, and she said she would prepare it and for me to meet her out the front. When I walked to the front I stood there waiting for the water but she just asked if I wanted to make another appointment- the water seemed forgotten. I couldn’t be bothered by this stage and just left.From now on I will just go to Willow. Similar pricing but reliable service.
