First impressions are always important. Clare is such a lovely, giving, and down to earth lady. She will do so much for you to make sure your stay is comfortable amd wonderful.The Cabins are modern, comfortable, and for me, pure luxury. I would love to live there. The bed is more comfortable than my own! It's extremely clean, something very important to me.My experience was amazing! All the activities I enjoyed was all thanks to Clare organising my entire week and her beautiful staff of Support Workers. I cannot fault any of them. They are lovely, friendly, and accommodating people who I got along well with. I was nervous about that but needn't have worried. Cooking with Sam was amazing! I loved it so much.The fresh Farmer's Markets are a must. Their food is delicious!A beautiful Sunrise Horse Ride on the beach was magical.Going with Clare, and Support Workers on walks and sunsets was stunning. I've filled my phone with so many photographs of all the amazing sights. I was lucky enough to watch the whales migrating off the coast of BB. Just pure magic! When I didn't know what to do, the Support Workers did! They showed me an awesome time. Pottery, Crystal Castle, even Macadamia Castle on my last day before my flight home.Byron Bay Respite is a place I highly recommend to anyone who needs to reset themselves. 5 stars just isn't enough.

Me and my little family stayed with Clare at Byron Bay Respite for 1 week and we loved it so much that we didn't want to leave so we asked Clare and the team if we could stay longer . We didn't like our chances but Clare made it happen and we got to stay an extra 3 days . The kids and I were so thrilled.First of all I felt like I was entering a paradise on earth. Surrounded by beautiful lush tropical rainforest and the sounds of exotic birds . It was so peaceful and serene which is what I and the kids really needed . The cabins we stayed in are filled with beautiful decor and had a very warm and cosy feeling.There was nothing we could have wished for . Everything we needed was right at our finger tips .The beds were like sleeping on a cloud , I literally had the best night sleep and waking up to the gorgeous sounds of nature was very special .Every we met on our stay was so loving and warm. The support workers were absolutely amazing beautiful souls who held space for us all the whole stay and made our hearts filled with love and joy especially mine.I recommend byron bay respite 1000% and you definitely will not regret it . It's the best thing we have done in many years and we are ever so grateful xoxThank you Clare , Julie , Jian , Amy and all of our beautiful supports ❤️ we will never forget youOh and the beautiful places you guys took is was amazing . There are not enough words to express the amazing place which is Byron Bay Respite!From the Accommodation, the food, the staff, it was just magnificent!I have never felt so nurtured and cared for - I arrived a stressed out mess and left a calm, balanced and peaceful, happy person - from my mind, body and soul...This place is one of a kind and will change your life for the better!I am so grateful to Clare and her staff for giving me this healing space and will be a regular visitor from now on.

Thanks Clare for making sure my brother Tony had such an amazing experience at Byron Bay. Blues fest, art class and fishing to name a few things. You were so professional and approachable. You not only made sure he had a great time but also made sure I didn't have to worry about anything as you had everything so organised and couldn't do enough to help me make sure he was ready for his holiday. Also checking in on how he was going even after he returned home. I would highly recommend Byron Bay Respite to anyone looking for a holiday for themselves or a family member.

I have used Byron Bay Respite to organise my NDIS respite break twice so far. The ladies are caring, supportive, understanding and super easy to deal with. They are quick to respond if any issues come up, even after hours. I highly recommend this company and look forward to engaging with them the next time I require respite. I engaged Clare's services to help me coordinate accessible accommodation and transport to and from Blues Fest this year in April. It was my first Blues Fest and I wanted to have the security and peace of mind of someone to organise an appropriate place for me to stay with good facilities whilst ensuring that I had the adequate assistance to meet any challenges that may arise whilst attending the event.My experience with Clare was really fantastic and at a high standard. Clare was always contactable when I needed her and nothing was a drama. She went above and beyond to ensure that I and my staff member of choice had a memorable experience full of life long happy memories. Another thing I also appreciated about Clare's services is that she was very responsive, but at the same time doesn't overtake or get involved in areas that she is not required or wanted.
