I recently had the misfortune to be rear ended in my car by a truck on my way to work in the morning. Phoned Alicia at MGA Mt Gambier to let her know as she looks after my account there (she was on her day off) and she had my claim sorted by the afternoon. Outcome was I had a rental car provided by the insurer Allianz to pick up the next day and to use for a month and my claim ended up with me getting a new current model vehicle to replace the car that was written off. I had to do almost nothing with regard to my claim as Alicia looked after everything and kept me informed with the progress of the claim along the way.
