Very very dissatisfied with the outcome of a purchase. I was given a Sass dress for a Xmas gift. I was told by the purchaser that if it didn’t fit she was told to return for exchange as there was no more of that dress. As the gift was too big I was prepared to exchange for different style. I was given the Xmas gift on the 21 st of Dec as I wouldn’t see the purchaser at Xmas. The dress was taken to the store the next day 22nd Dec for an exchange or credit. After trying on 3 dresses I was told I could not exchange as the purchase was made on the 11 th of Dec and the policy was that garments had to be returned in 7 days.How do you buy someone a gift for Xmas and then expect the return to be in 7 days.Very unprofessional service and as it was from our home town, it makes me wonder why anyone would want to shop locally as well as buy a gift that would expire after 7 days.
