I used to order flowers from Funky Bunches for special occasions. Always happy with the service and what is mostly important with the bouquets themselves. They are always fresh and just incredibly beautiful.

The flowers are not anything like I ordered. They cost $158 and are very ordinary and boring. They were supposed to come as ordered in a container or vase, they did not. Just a piece of cellophane and the hotel has no vases so they are in the sink. They were supposed to come yesterday. They didn't arrive and no call to explain. I rang to chase up and was told the computer broke. No apology. Do not use this shop. It is a rip off and I am really stressed as they were supposed to cheer us up in quarantine. 0/10.

Not entirely pleased with the delivery service. I had to pick up my own wife's flowers due to the lack of communication from the delivery driver. Apparently no one was home and that numerous attempts calling my mobile were made to touche base, we were home all day and no missed calls appeared on my phone. The flowers were nice and the lady behind the counter was trying to follow up but whats the point of paying for a delivery service if they aren't going to follow through.

BEWAREOrdered $75- bunch of flowers.Paid over the phone at 10am, also charged again at 3pm.No communication from manager even though I d called 5 times. Excuse was we ve been crazy busy". Manager ( Tina)

Unfortunately my flower delivery for Mother’s Day arrived on the Tuesday. I understand this is the busiest day of the year however I would have at least expected some communication or cancellation of the order if they were not able to deliver on time. Instead over the phone the lady blamed a jammed printer and then offered to drive back around and pick the flowers up if I wasn’t happy. Apart from that it was a nice arrangement.
