Absolutely went above and beyond to help me, I tried to build my own computer, I didn't check compatibility and had issues, he coached me through what I needed to and also fixed me up an Absolutely incredible machine. He set it up so my girlfriend work files are kept separate and safe, and the price was more than fair. Great bloke very knowledgeable absolutely 10/10

Daniel is a fantastic I.T technician,Within 2 hours my issue was fixed with the upmost quality.I had been to another I.T repair service in Heidelberg (burgundy street) and was taken for a ride but I can say with confidence that Pentech Computers is the best repair service I can recommend.

Would not recommend these guys, they had my computer for two weeks just to reinstall Windows and tell me my hardware is fine and charged me $200. Computer crashed again soon as I got home again. Took it to another shop. Within one day they noted that I had faulty RAM and charged me half the price and was fixed within the same day.
