WARNING ......PLEASE DO NOT BUY THESE MEALS !!!!!!FOOD POISONINGMy order was already at my door when I was leaving for work. I took the meals and place them in my fridge straight away and noticed that the ice packs were already melted but did not think too much about it. The first meal I ate was the beef lasagne and with in an hour I started to feel sick. I have been sick for 5 days.I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO SICK.I tried to call the number they have but got a girl in the Philippines who could not help and brushed me off very quickly.

Found a hair in my food and the support team was unhelpful and unwilling to offer a refund for my order. They offered a credit but I will not be eating youfoodz again.

Used to be amazing, new subscription model is a disaster as is most of the food lately not to mention tiny portions. Had a chicken and broccoli meal recently and there were literally 3 pieces of broccoli and they were completely raw. The lasagne is the only meal I’ve had from here recently that was even remotely okay.

Cancelled my subscription as I was sick of the food and no new items were being added to the menu. I received a call from youfoodz about why I cancelled and then explained my reasoning, the person said they had applied a discount to my account for when I wanted to activate my subscription again and then proceeded to check if my payment details were still correct. I received a notification that my card had been charged for an order that I never placed a few weeks later. My subscription was activated again without me consenting to it.

Extremely small portions. A lot of filler food was included like carrots and peas with just 4 tiny pieces of chicken for a roast chicken dinner.

My box was dropped off outside in a public area where hundreds of people walk past. It was not left in a secure or safe area. The driver didn't ring the door bell or call me so I could come and get my order. They don't care if your food gets stolen.Call centre staff are useless. Your feedback and complaint won't go anywhere. Don't waste your money. Try Lite n Easy instead.The food isn't great. The mashed veggies are practically pureed and watery. Yukie taste and texture.

The food was ordinary and most of their foods are chicken based. Even though I like chicken, there is a limit and Youfoodz have not only reached that limit but surpassed it.

I have had YF meals before however this was my first delivery.Super impressed. Ordering from their website was a breeze. Easy to navigate through meals, very detailed. This order was 10 meals for $59. The 9 x 9.95 regular meals for 59 with a 10th meal, Roast Chicken & Mash free.Delivered right to my door. Regular updates throughput the whole process. Tracking no. so you can visually see where your order is and how far til it arrives at your door.The box was well sealed and meals kept chilled from ice packs and foiled bubble wrap. Loved the bonus bliss ball surprise treat and enjoyed reading through the info booklet/thank you note...a nice touch.I really enjoyed the meals. Their freshness, taste and convenience. I kept some fresh in the fridge and the rest I froze and popped in the microwave when needed.Def wouldn't hesitate to order or eat YF meals again.

0/5 : Go Elsewhere. Anywhere but here.YouFoodz since it's acquisition by HelloFresh is plagued by a litany of issues. Consistent amongst them is the logistics team that packs the meals have absolutely no processes or standards to ensure you get the meals you pay for. Boxes are consistently shorted of meals. Pay for 14, get anywhere from 10-12 meals. Have your box delivered unsealed, have your box dropped not where you asked. I had to find one of my boxes in the front garden left out in the direct Queensland summer sun.You can ring and complain all you want but you will never get past the Filipino call centre gate keeper. Whilst they are polite and sympathetic about issues experienced it is the Australian based staff who sink the ship. The packing team are totally incapable of any kind of quality control. How hard is it to put 14 meals in a box, count them and seal the box? Clearly if they had employees that could count it may help but I sincerely doubt they are able to find anyone there with more than a primary school education (yes I am angry but when repeated complaints fall on deaf ears and you continue to experience consistent, avoidable issues there is something wrong).If I'd just paid $125 million dollars for this company (like Hello Fresh did) I'd be crying myself to sleep every night and unless you want to join the owner in creating a river of tears then run, run as fast as you can in the opposite direction to YouFoodz. You can thank me later.If I could give ZERO stars out of five I would. It's a crime that I have to give them at least one very undeserved star.Photos supplied demonstrate unsealed box delivered.
