AUSSIE QUICK SKIPS
Booked the bin for 4 days, actually got dropped off early which was great. Unfortunately that is where the positives end. Was not picked up for almost a month, in which I asked through multiple avenues to get it removed and only after I escalated it to consumer protection was it removed. Unsafe for my house and my neighbours as people were adding extra rubbish and going through the skip. My front yard became a dumping ground due to the skip remaining there for so long. Would not use them again.

AUSSIE QUICK SKIPS
Booked for 4 day hire. Bin has not been picked up. Bin ha been sitting on our front road for over two weeks. We have family over for Christmas and need it removed. Contacted Russell twice to pick the bin up and it is till sitting there 24/12/20. We are now in a position where we do not know where parole are going to park. Would never use these guys again

AUSSIE QUICK SKIPS
They didn’t deliver on the right day, putting me out of pocket with workmen I had coming to the house, they didn’t contact me to tell me they weren’t coming I had to call many times and leave multiple messages before I received a two word response ‘coming tomorrow’. Then they picked the bin up a day early with no explanation. I paid full price for 2 and a half days and very poor service. The man was VERY rude to me and I will be making a complaint about the entire transaction. Do not use! They are terrible!!

AUSSIE QUICK SKIPS
Delivery instructions were to drop on right side of house and he dropped it on my driveway blocking my car in garage. Was meant to deliver last Wednesday and pick up Friday. Dropped skip off on Thursday and wouldn’t pick back up only picked up Tuesday wouldn’t answer his phone or barely reply to a msg. Absolutely useless organised the skip through book a bin will not use this company or the website again incase this poor excuse for a company gets my business.

Nothing quick about this company. Delivered the skip a day late after we waited all day, waiting for the skip to now get picked up and they've knocked off for the day & see what they can do"Need a better system with deliveries and pick ups as I wouldn't expect to have to send my address for them to pick up the skip assuming it would be on record?Been very bad business from the beginning & will not recommend or use them again. If I could give zero stars I could"

Recently used Aussie quick skips for some construction waste removal and the man in charge was a great help.He was very accommodating and had quite a few skip sizes to choose from.I found his pricing very competitive, will definitely use them again.

AUSSIE QUICK SKIPS
Disgusting customer service. Booked skip bin through 3rd party and was given this company as the agent. Dropped bin off in incorrect location. Booked bin for Tues drop off and Fri collection, now Wed of following week and bin still not collected. When called, Russell was very dismissive and rude and hung up on me when I pushed for a collection day. As bin was put in incorrect location, it is blocking our use of garage. Have also spoken to 3rd party booking company and they have advised that he is also screening their calls also. Do not recommend using at all.

Not even worthy of one star. Delivered the bin late after the weekend it was booked for. Bin was disgusting. Collected early without warning. Would not return it despite it being their mistake. Dealt with Russell Clarke. He was dishonest and Rude. Disgusting

AUSSIE QUICK SKIPS
Very unhappy with the experience and service. They skip was delivered 4 days late and was then not picked up even 3 weeks later. I was called names by teh staff when I got in contact with the company to understand what was happening and they simply stoped liaising with me to pick up the skip. I had to escalate the situation with the local council to get the skip removed. Hence bear that in mind when dealing with this company.

AUSSIE QUICK SKIPS
Booked bin for 7 days. Picked up day 5 in the morning without warning. Refused to drop it back so we could use it over the weekend we’d paid for it for! Laughed when I asked him to credit me the two days I couldn’t use it as he had collected it early. Dishonest company
