DO NOT BOOK.....So unprofessional! I booked him in for a 10am appointment today and he did not turn up by 10am. I then called him, no answer then texted him asking if he was still coming out (as my father was waiting on him). No response for 1hr 20mins and then i got a text message from John and his response was What is it not raining there"... YES IT WAS RAINING but a phone call or text message to reschedule would have been great! My father had missed an appointment due to waiting around for him!!!!"

John was so unprofessional, i put roof vents in my home it has done nothing at all if not has become hotter in the room, tried calling him never answers his phone, NO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, have wasted my money

Had to chase John up a few times. Didn't return calls or messages even after he locked in a time / date to do the job. Unreliable... we went with someone else.
