Seriously bad, unprofessional and incompetent. I had decided to cater in Christmas lunch and food was to be delivered Thursday 23 December. Didn’t turn up until around 7pm Friday 24. I’d already gone and bought a plan B from the supermarket. Totally stressful and unnecessary. Then to cap off the incompetence, I received a text on 28 December telling me my food has been delivered. Thank you so much! Truly awesome!!! NOT.

do not ever use this company. Driver left 120kg of meat I had ordered on the doorstep of a completely wrong address. the only reason i found out is because the person who lived there was able to call me (as my number was plastered over everything) - after the meat had been sitting in room temperature for 2 hours. No phone call beforehand or any notification of delivery. Depot then tried to lie and say I had been called. Not the first bad experience with this company, absolute clownshow.

This company was contracted to deliver light n easy food before 5pm today. Food still has not been delivered even though I have already paid for it. Unable to contact company as no one is answering the phone and unable to contact drivers. Worse company. Steer clear if you want your deliveries to arrive on time

I am so disgusted the way I was treated by Danielle he was an awful man he was absolutely rude, impolite and definitely unprofessional. I’m so disappointed the way he speaks to others and his demanding personality is horrific that he doesn’t deserve to be where he is and needs to learn his manners and how to treat other people. These kind of people ruins the company’s reputation, definitely not satisfied with their service!

SHOCKING COURIER COMPANY, DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. THEY WERE CONTRACTED TO DELIVER LITE N’ EASY ORDER, WHICH NEVER ARRIVED. NO CONTACT FROM COMPANY. LITE N’ EASY HEAD OFFICE CANNOT CONTACT THEM EITHER! THEY HAVE TO GO THROUGH A 3RD PARTY. WHAT A JOKE!!!
