Should have read these reviews before I engaged them. Unorganised and all over the shop. Promise the world to get you over the line then they drop the ball. Blaming COVID this time around but reading these reviews seems to have been happening for years. Didn't communicate with me or my nanny for 2 months and when she started we had to follow them up. It's all about the fees and nothing about the service. Plenty of other great agencies out there. Avoid.

I'm not too sure why so many bad ratings - perhaps the agency's working practices are not great from the nanny's perspective...but as a customer, having used this agency for over a year I have found them to be super professional and helpful and the quality of the nannies supplied was exceptional. When a nanny had to call in sick they always found a last minute replacement and I received a call every month to check if I was happy with the service.

I wanted to love this agency, Rebekah was absolutely amazing and very professional when I gave feedback. However the other staff did not uphold the same level of professionalism, when I was applying for a position the lady who is in charge of the nanny company was cold and rude, sounded like she didn't care.The lady who I spoke to at reception was very friendly and polite however said this was the first time she has heard of something like this happening.I have decided to move on from this agency, I hope the feedback can be used to improve customer quality in the near future.Very disappointed.

Not the best agency to work for unfortunately. Wasn't alerted when new jobs came in. Staff were kind, but to get more hours was like getting blood from a stone. They shouldn't make promises they can't keep. Annie promised my friend a gold class movie pass for bringing a friend to the agency (who signs up) I signed up.. did my friend get the bonus ? Nope ! I also reported the fake 5 stars, because they're untrue ratings !

I was their client for more than 6 month and I wish I'd have read these before I approach them. We had a stressful time dealing with them. Manager was unreasonable and self centered and I feel bad for her staff. Overall, very poor communication and services. They are a lot of things but not a leading nanny agency!

DISAPPOINTED TO SEE FAKE 5 STARS REVIEWS APPEARING WITHIN HOURS AFTER NEGATIVE REVIEWS TO PUSH RATING UP.With 15 years full time worldwide Nanny experience I was only worth minimum wage to MLNA. Difficult to sign up and communicate with. Out dated payment practices whereby babysitters need to collect the agency fee from parents and pay the agency or be fined. I was made to feel below worthy by the staff at this agency and by all reports from other Nannies I've encountered this agency is at the bottom of the list.

I just wanted to say something to people out there. This was the worst agency I have ever had. They will say nicest thing when you are signing up. But good luck finding a job after that.
