Very well locate and stocked. The interior design Kate was amazing and provided i home service and excellent recommendations . The fee was $150 but refundable after $3000 spend. Note freedom provide $100 credit for every $2000 spend.The quality is very good comparable with similar brands. Note that freedom have regular sales so they price of items purchas recently may be reduce within sort period of time.Use freedom delivery and not contractors as you may be paying few delivery charges for same order due.External delivery contractors only accept cash only.Sales team are excellent and have wealth of knowledge of products.

Good place to find furniture and other home decor items. My sister’s sofa last year was delayed by more than a month, so don’t trust their delivery dates.

Walked in with low expectations of finding a rug for our lounge room and left with a stunning rug, a good deal and a big smile on our faces. Stylist Kirsti was such an incredible help. She gave us a no-nonsense, objective opinion about which rug would suit our space and furniture. She was extremely friendly and is a very knowledgeable, experienced stylist. Took care of us with the price as well. Very happy customer :)

I purchased a bed on 05/01 & a few days later I received news that changed my financial position. I had no choice but to request a refund and proceeded to reach out, via phone, on 11/01/2023.I explained these circumstances, in detail, to one of the staff members on that day. I was told I would receive a call back from the Manager as “we don’t do refunds”.Instead of receiving a call back from the manager, as I was told I would, I received a call from the initial sales person who attempted to talk me into keeping the bed. After explaining my situation as to why it would isn’t feasible I was again told I would be contacted by the manager. Confused, I asked why that hadn’t already happened and why I received a phone call from her instead of the manage, I was told it was because she wanted to know what was going on.A few days passed and I attempted to contact the manager again, I was told that I would be contacted that day. That didn’t happen.The following day I called and, rightfully frustrated, requested I be contacted by COB as I wanted this to be finalised.I was called by the store manager who took my story and proceeded to tell me why it had taken so long, including the personal struggles of the original sales person. I was then told I was have the refund (total price less 10%) returned o me when the original salesperson returns from interstate.I am perplexed as to why the store manager didn’t action the refund in that moment.I have not heard from Freedom Richmond for 4 weeks. I called today (21/02/2023) and was again told I would have my phone call returned to “talk about it”. I asked what there was to talk about and why this was taking so long, I was immediately met with a defensive tone commanding me to let them speak, I was also accused of not providing a “full story” on why I needed the refund. Absolutely gobsmacked and completely out of patience for the situation I explained that was simply untrue and that I had explained the reason why multiple times. I was simply told “the manager will call you have a good day” and hung up on.Based on my experience with such lacking customer service I am not surprised by the plethora of negative reviews.I am still waiting for my refund.

Jack Keen, an interior decorator employee of Freedom, came to our home to assist with our redecoration. From the minute he walked in it all went well. He assisted us when we went into the Richmond Freedom store with options and design tips. He said that he was happy to come back and assist with any necessary final touches. We gratefully accepted his offer. The staff at the Freedom store were also very helpful, and this included Kurt. Others were also helpful, for example the lady in the new kitchen department. All I can say is that it was a low stress way to redecorate, and we now have a very comfortable home. I am very happy to give it 5 stars, and recommend Freedom, and Jack, to anyone.

A very good experience at the hands of Nick and Theo. There was an issue with an online order I had made. Upon calling the Richmond store, Nick was sympathetic about the circumstances, and committed himself to getting the best possible outcome for me. The best possible outcome turned out to be better than what I had expected. For this reason, I would happily shop at the Richmond store. Thanks, Nick and Theo!

Ordered the Ava bed frame in the first week of January. I was reassured that Covid delays were a thing of the past at Freedom, however this hasn’t been the case. I receive at least one email a week updating me that it has been delayed yet again, now for a 4th time. Have sold my previous bed frame based on false promises from your team and have been sleeping on the floor for well over a month. Things happen but dishonesty from the team is not acceptable just to make a sale.

I bought two different bookcases over one month ago which were in stock. Both of these were delivered without instructions or the toolkit for assembly and one was missing part of the bookcase. After alerting Freedom Richmond immediately, they said we would receive a replacement and have it redelivered with someone assembling it. This sounded great! One week later, I had received no communication so I phoned up explaining that nothing had progressed. I was placed on the phone to the store manager who was rather aggressive and unhelpful. He blamed the issue on the fact that we had to postpone a delivery and on his manufacturer rather than accepting responsibility and being apologetic. Since speaking with him 4 days ago, I’ve had to still phone today to prompt him to find out the next steps rather than him following up my case. Really poor customer service and I still don’t have a date confirmed or bookcases. This has been a disappointing customer experience and I’m afraid that after being a longtime Freedom customer that I wont be shopping with Freedom again.

When I am in Victoria Gardens I always check out my favourite store and I always come across great sales in store.Great layout and very enjoyable to walk around for that window shoppers.Tofay,I bought two dinning chairs with some awesome discount.
