I cannot recommend Encore Carpet Professionals highly enough! It was the first time we had used Encore, but certainly not the first time we have hired professional carpet and upholstery cleaners. This is the one and only company yet, that has successfully been able to remove the brightly coloured, very old stains that had been set in place for (it seems like) an eternity. Michael, was a true professional, going above and beyond for us! There was no request that was not accommodated and above and beyond at that. Ben and Lorraine provided a fully professional service as their name describes. They cleaned our tiled floor to make it appear just like new in a rapid time. In addition, they were very tidy workers and left our home in a clean condition after completing the work.

I have recently had the most superb customer experience when dealing with encore carpets .I am a property manager and first heard about the company when a vacating tenant had paid for carpets to be professionally cleaned and was so upset with the poor workmanship he called me to ask for an extension to key handover as he needed to source a company to remove the stains and do a thorough cleanWhen I saw the amazing job encore carpets had done on the pale wool carpet I was so impressed I immediately asked for the contactI have recently experienced an abandonment of property where numerous cats , not authorised on the lease, had been locked in for four days .The carpets were completely soiled and required urgent removal and replacement.When I called Encore carpets and spoke to Loraine to explain the situation this was the start to what was the best customer experience I have ever had .A full report was done for me for the insurance , the carpets were removed and a quote for new carpet was provided.The whole process was seamless but most importantly the communication was exceptional and the workmanship superb .Encore carpets will absolutely always be my first port of call in future for any issues to do with carpets or flooringMarie Arnold

Excellent service. We called Encore to help remove animal urine from our carpet and they were there within 2 hours. Best of all, the smell is now completely gone and the carpets look like new.
