Order was incorrect, medium lattes instead large, wrap over cooked and toastie ordered ham cheese and tomato but given ham and cheese that was burnt. Returned toastie given replacement but unfortunately this was under cooked!!!

The food was good, however, the customer service needs improvement. The worker was continually pressing the green button of the ‘rate your experience’ device whilst talking to another co worker when people were waiting to order. The tables and floors were also dirty and we had to clean it ourselves.

It was out of this world good.Im starting to believe that the food quality in the riverina area is 5 to 20 times better then what we get in Melbourne.I'm not just talking about the fruit quality. I have never had burgers this good and orange juice that was exactly that.

Second car in the queue at the drive-thru and yet it still took 15 mins to receive my Bacon Deluxe Burger (no tomato) meal - thought I must be waiting for them to cook it, but once I received it the burger and fries were both luke warm. No wonder McDonald’s is so much larger and more profitable!
