Tables and benches, drinking water taps, undercover areas and grassed areas under shady trees. Toilets and plenty of parking. Pleasant sheltered little bays great for kids, and boat ramps. Can't ask for much else for a safe and free recreation spot.

Great beach for young children and paddle boarders, kayaks, and boats. Great barbecue area. Useless if you want to swim. There is a huge bank of weed that runs the full length of the beach. The water is so shallow it was only ankle or knee deep. I had to walk out to the end of the Jetty to find a 1 metre patch of clear area for a dip. Couldn't really swim and being near the jetty with boats and jet skis in and out...not a place to hang around. If you want to swim, this is not the beach to come to. Need to drive further up to the deeper water with no weed.

Easy parking weekdays - beautiful location looking out to Garden Island and north along the coast to Rockingham and round to Kwinana and Naval Base. Nice walk from here along the foreshore to the excellent facilities at Rockingham proper.

Great location but everyone we go it's always really windy. So not sure if it's the location and a particularly windy spot like point Peron for example. There's a small park area for kids and the beach is kid friendly. Ramp onto it, no large walk down to the beach and safe water area in the ocean for small children. Lots of clear jelly fish when we were there end of January time.

Beautiful white sandy beach. Very calm and shallow. Great beach spot for young families and people with kayaks, SUP boards, jetskis, boats. There is a great grassed area with a playground, drink fountain, shaded picnic areas and toilets. There are cafes just a short walk away also.
