Have been going here every few weeks for over 2 years as they do the best foot and leg massage! Take earphones to listen to music while they massage as the noises from the mall can be loud.

First time @ Natural Path. Walked out all relaxed. Very good Massage. A+Finding the shop was slightly tricky .. Westfield apparently has two shops with same name.. I went to one on 1st floor

Worst massage. 20 min neck and shoulders, it was not relaxing. Instead the massage lady pinched at skin randomly. Then after 10mins, there was no structure to the massage with a jab to the shoulder, then the other side, few pinches of the neck. Would not recommend it. It would be good if the manager of this place sampled the massages they are offering.

Really enjoyed the 30min reflexology, experienced immediate relief from foot pain (heels and arches) and gained more mobility but like most massages the benefits only lasted for the day. Service was lovely and I will be back.

Horrible massage store - both Level 1 and 3 Natural Path are appalling but Level 1 has a manager who has extremely poor customer service. He is all about ripping customers off.I am certain that my masseuse wasn't trained (she just didn't know what she was doing), and when I went to pay, it was once price for the usual customer and another price for health fund customers.It blatantly says on their menu +$5 for health fund customers". Total rip off. Better off going somewhere else."

I love the reflexology here! Just it is located at the busy area, so if you want to relax then this isn’t the place. But get job done.
