Amazing service. Sandy made us feel so comfortable going on holidays. We have an older dog and a shy kitty cat. Our dog requires multiple medications twice daily. Sandy also provided two walks per day. We were so relieved to walk through to door at the end of our vacation to see a happy healthy pup greet us. Thanks Sandy! Now we need to book more holidays!!

Sandy and Warren did an amazing job looking after our 2 x very large dogs and 1 x aging cat. We received detailed and humorous updates, plus lots of pictures of the kids. We highly recommend using Urban Tailz, very professional, friendly, caring service.

Sandy first met my King Charles Cavalier, Bryson, on one of our morning walks when he said hello to her canine companion. She was very friendly and I took the chance to get her details as I was concerned at the separation anxiety my dog exhibits when I leave home. A few days later they went on their first walk together, and after a few minutes concern as to where was I, he enjoyed his walk. Now, Sandy walks him twice a week and he sits by the front door and goes into a full body wriggle of joy the he sees her getting out of her car and he is off like a shot for his walk. He adores her. Sandy is reliable, trustworthy and absolutely loves all animals. I am very happy for the day we 'bumped' into her.

Thankyou to Sandy for the best service, Poppy and Bono are quite big dogs not everyone would be comfortable with them . It was wonderful to know they were in such good hands. Thankyou for the video while I was away too and the extended time you allowed for me to get back. Any dogs would be lucky to have you sitting them and any owner would be relieved by the ease of the whole process. No hesitation in recommending Urban Tailz it's a wonderful service.
