Been going here since it opened, however the recent year i have been walking away with COLD PIES... I kept brushing it off as the lady there was very welcoming during the early days but seems as though the service has dropped off... This morning i went in to get some pies and sausage rolls, and drove away only to realise they had given me half the order COLD.... im always spending over $40 dollars in there on goods and only now do i realise they dont give a f*&k.the older women in there were blarping away in veitnamese while i was selecting which pies i wanted, making me feel like they were planning the mix of half cold half fresh hot pies.this is my first review on any business and would hope this helps somone out making their choice.

I am a regular customer in this bakery especially with the pork roll. Firstly, the pork roll is pretty average but I don’t have a choice as it is near my place.Being a regular, the ladies are now very familiar both ways I suppose. Every time I ask for more chilli in the pork roll, everyone oblige, a couple of sliced chilli is what they add which is fine. Btw, asking for more chilli is pretty common. The lady before me asked the same and no problem.Last week, we decided to have pork roll for lunch so I went to buy and as always, I ask for more chilli. This time for whatever reason it is, the lady who served me who almost always serve me told me that next time I ask for more chilli, she will charge me 50 cents for each pork roll that I buy, Pork roll cost $4.50 and she will charge me an additional $0.50 cents for a couple of chilli per pork roll! How bizarre! I was shocked to the bone! I asked if she was serious and said yes. Not only about the charge but also very rude, the way she spoke to me and the body language.From that day forward, they just lost a regular customer and all the relatives and friends.To all the customers, I would suggest that you go to Gregory’s Hills shopping Centre as there is a better if not the best pork roll there. See you at Gregory’s Hill…BOYCOTT THIS BAKERY AS THEY DON’T KNOW HOW TO TREAT THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT.IF I CAN GIVE A 1 STAR RATING 100 TIMES, I WILL.

We had sausage rolls... I really enjoyed it.

Decided to try Farmhouse Bakery. The bakery was very clean, bright and well presented. I chose the pork belly roll and added beetroot. Was very quick to be made and cost $9.50. I really enjoyed the roll. The flavours all went well together. The roll had a great crusty outside and the pork belly was very tender with a crispy crackling. The chilli added a great kick, however do remove it if youre not a fan of spicy food. I can't really fault it! The bakery seems to be very popular as there was a few other customers in and around the shop. Staff were friendly enough. There is a minimum eftpos of $10 and plastic bags cost extra, so something to consider before you go. Parking is plentiful within the centre. I would recommend.

Was treated with attitude and complete disrespect by who appeared to be the owner when I shared feedback regarding the extra charge for their non-reusable plastic bags. Will NEVER return again. Disgusting attitude and poor quality bakery. Good luck keeping your business running when you choose to blatantly disrespect and disregard your customers rather than having a conversation. I WISH I had checked the reviews on this place before giving them my money. Good riddance.

Your guys bread rolls are stail. Maybe from yesterday or day before. Its like chewing cardboard. Why dont you guys cook some fresh ones rather than trying to save money. Wont be back.

Went in today and was served by a young lady, no smile, no greeting. I asked for a pork roll and stated I didn't want carrot. Turned around to get myself a drink from the fridge and saw she had put carrot in my roll. I told her kindly that I asked for no carrot, you could see that she was frustrated with me but I did mention to her, no carrot. She then proceeded to get me another roll but instead of just getting new filling from the display cabinet, she took everything out of the roll she had already made with the carrot still inside it and filled up the new roll with that. Plus throwing some of the old filling back into the display cabinet. She then asked if i wanted chilli and i said yes please. She put the tiniest amount in so i asked for more which she did put in for me. Pork roll was $7 and a Powerade was $4, which totals $11. She charged me $12. I asked her why she charged me $12 in which she answered me with the rudest attitude, bluntly and in an unprofessional manner, it's $1 for extra chilli". I was like

Staff here have really poor attitude. They clearly comment on customers & share a laugh, not realising people around know what they're doing. Any requests are dealt with bad grace, surly faces & slamming of things. Such a shame, as they rely on these customers for their wages

I go there all the time for the pork and salad rolls, best around, Ladies there always nice, thank you

Lady was horribly rude and abrupt. Purchased roasted pork, was given some sort of sausage? Wouldn’t recommend.
