Items from here break easily, not worth the time or money. Prior to buying staff are strange, really reluctant to show you the product you're after or to help you. Overall not great

Simple repair on a men's chain seems fine but the the second job of attaching a new chain to a diamond pendant actually resulted in the pendant breaking the next day. While they offered to fix it they took no responsibility and weren't apologetic in any way. Very disappointing and would only suggest for simple repairs.

These guys did a wonderful job at restoring a family ring (not even sure how old it was!) But now it looks a million bucks!Cannot recommend enough!

The best Jewellers i have ever been to. The shop owner is so lovely and cant do enough for you. I noticed that Jessica Anne who wrote a review has given negative feedback to every thing she reviews, maybe its your attitude Jessica !!!

I walked into Facet Jewellers wanting to purchase some Jewellery for my wife. I am not kidding when i say this!, but I stood in front of the cash register waiting for the Lady to look up and acknowledge me. She didnt. She refused to acknowledge me. I cleared my throat, thinking that would work, but she did'nt even move her eyes! I moved a little sideways as i thought movement might work? No, it did not :) She has been there for years and has always been a condescending type! Absolutely the worst customer service i have witnessed in my 51 years on this earth! more deserving people should be in jobs, not this trash!

I have been using this jewellers for about 6 years - they have always been fantastic - no job too big or too small. Lyn (the Manager) and Stephen (the jeweller) are just brilliant! I live remotely and drop my stuff off to be fixed/cleaned etc and it's sent back to me in excellent condition and safely. On the occasions that I am in Perth and have a few days to spare, my jewellery is always ready for collection on time as promised and at an extremely reasonable price.

I got two of my mums bracelets replaced here. The service was amazing and they did such a great job fixing and cleaning the jewellery. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for anything jewellery related! Thank you guys so much. :)

Highly annoyed.I took my ring in to get a diamond replaced and when I went to pick it up the first time it had another diamond missing (no notification, no nothing. They expected me to take it like that).They agreed to replace the diamond they lost with no extra charge. A week and a half later I go back to pick it up for the second time and all the diamonds are there... yayyy.... or so I thought.I work in an office so no banging my ring on anything, no major movements, nothing that would cause a diamond to fall out if it was actually done properly.Not even 24 hours later and I lost another diamond.I will NEVER be going back and I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone.Highly disappointed, especially when I was told multiple times that the settings would be checked... obviously not.

Very impressed with the repair and replacement of a diamond in my ring. You can't tell which diamond was replaced and the ring was returned very clean and shiny.
