I shop here a lot and most of the staff are great but I always seem to get the assistant who is quite rude and gives me the wrong products! I end up having to come back to the store again and again to swap things.....

Didn't know anything about the product they sell (phillips Hue Lighting). Didn't stock many items in the range (no hub or even globes), couldn't explain how it works and recommended l went to another outlet like JBHIFI. Waste of time going to what l thought were going to be experts in lighting.

We first purchased 7 fans from this store 4 years ago and the store manager, Mitch was amazing.4 years on 1 of our fans is playing up snd as soon as I sent Mitch an email Robin from the store contacted me.Robin was lovely to deal with too.So 5 star service once again. Thank you!

Great selection, service was friendly but not pushy. When I went to check out, the clerk opened the boxes and discovered that one of the lights I had grabbed off the shelf had been returned, and was missing its mounting hardware. Very glad he checked for me, he knew immediately it wasn't the right thing. Saved me a lot of wasted time!
