The price of their gear is much better than anyone else I have found selling the same stuff. We just bought a 3m gazebo for less than $100, feels really solid, and has buttons so you don't catch your fingers raising and lowering.The already good pricing is often cheaper if you wait for a sale, and there are new sales every day!

Great product and great price but customers were an obvious intrusion to the staff's work day.NB: Next day I received a call from the Manager. Very apologetic and quick to assure me that they're working on my concerns. After talking with him, I'd be willing to give them a second shot:)

Cheap stuff. Wouldn't suggest anyone buy the camp bar lights. I have 8 bars in total and only 3 bars work. Cheap/ poor wiring is the issue.Also as soon as their items are out of warranty there is zero customer service. I am having problems with the roof top tent I bought there 18 months ago. Willing to pay for service but was told there was nothing they could do.Dunno bout you but I want my camping equipment to last longer than 12 months.No issue with the driving lights or awnings...... yet.I'd suggest paying a little more for better quality and better service

Got sent the wrong product, no big deal. The customer service was outstanding. They emailed me back super quick, created a new order for the missing item. Even emailed me back on a Saturday morning.Very impressed with how easy it was to do a return.

I had a great experience, I don't know what all the bad reviews are about.Went there at about 2pm on a Saturday afternoon, yes it was busy (not Xmas busy) and I had to wait in line but the line moved well, 4 cashiers, friendly service and didn't have to wait very long to get my purchases from the warehouse.Bought Complete recovery kit - well made product and a sturdy bag to chuck it all in.Tyre repair kit - looks the same as everywhere else and about $10 - $20 cheaper.3m Sand Flag - same as and $80 cheaper than anywhere else.Will be going back for future purchases!

Great customer service. Great products. If you have a complaint they see to it immediately and ensure you walk our smiling. Needless to say we're kitted out with 90% of 4wd Super centres gear and never had an issue, we camp remote!

Please be aware of these jokers!! Do not buy from them unless your willing to wait weeks that turn into months without any communication from them. They will delete your comments your posts your emails not return phones at all!!! They also will not refund your money even when you haven't received your item they ignore you and hope you go away!!! Do not buy from them!!!! And don't even expect a response if your item hasn't arrived!! Customers don't matter at all to the money hungry fools!! I'm going through a case with the ombudsman and I am so angry and unhappy!! Don't let it happen to you!!

Service was fantastic. 4 Customer Service people on duty and the cue was small so we moved through pretty quickly. Would be advantageous to identify what you want before you go there and view what you are interested in as the showroom is small but most products are on display. My only criticism would be the lack of parking in the outer location and considering most people who own 4wd's would visit the store, the under building parking spaces (approx 10) are extremely tight to get in and out of.

Friendly service, staff who are willing to help you find the right product, if you're patient enough to get to the end of the line at the front desk. cheap but good quality products (mostly) really just depends what you're looking for. If it's High quality camping gear that you're willing to pay the high price for. You're in the wrong place. Adventure king's brand is all about budget but still managing to maintain decent quality despite the low price.
