The wait time to order and especially the wait time to receive the order was not worth the food. The staff were all over the place and appeared to have absolutely no organisation. For the price you pay you’d expect much quicker and organised service. Staff had no idea where my order was up to even after calling it and then had to package it for takeaway after mistakenly plating it. Heard another customer ask staff if she could go to another store. Seemed to prioritise delivery food partners over in store customers… won’t be returning.

Food was ok, just chill out on the salt. Last time I ordered here it was the same, sooooo much salt on the chipsu and the hfc nugs

Burger overcooked with burnt edges crumbling.Couldn't eat it. Staff at counter need to learn better customer service.(does anyone read these reviews because customer service seems to be a regular complaint) Compared to other Grill'd restaurants this is terrible.

Nobbys Grilled a LOT better than other Grilled restaurants. Food cooked and presented well and good service. Chips are nice but scabby sizes. You need to make the sizing bigger

not a single nice thing to say about this place.time between paying and food coming out was an hour long, have been to busier grill’ds before and never waited this long. watched them make my burgers and then watched them sit on the counter for 10 minutes before being dawdled out by the staff. there was no sense of urgency whatsoever considering they were experiencing a “rush”.by the time they brought our burgers and chips out they were stone cold and not enjoyable at all. would not recommend this grill’d at all, staff management was poor - i saw 3 staff standing doing nothing at multiple times during my hour of waiting, staff were also unpleasant and not apologetic about the situation at all. for the price of the burgers i expect better , would have gone to hungry jacks if i wanted poor quality burgers

Absolute joke. I received my Aussie impossible burger with completely charcoal patty. I rang to complain & I just got a “sorry get a refund from door dash” but you cooked this burger & sent it out like this? It’s not edible & I think Grilld should take accountability for sending out these “healthy burgers” it’s a no from me. $22 for this gem. Door dash didn’t cook it? How can you put this on a burger it’s actually entertaining!

Delicious burgers. I had a healthy fried chicken burger.Chips took 15 mins after the burgers arrived to the table. Besides that the meal was enjoyable.

great place to go dine in with family and friends. super friendly staff and the food was amazing! the rosemary on the chips was a bit to strong but other then that it was great. got our meal considerably fast and i am very impressed at how they managed to serve everyone really quickly.

Honestly doesn’t even deserve a star. I had ordered a burger online and stated I have an egg allergy and asked for no mayo. Upon picking it up and got home realised there was egg all over it and called up. They were good in offering a refund and making another burger, but upon driving there again and walking out and getting my new burger it still had mayo all over it! If I had eaten this I would have died as I’m severally allergic, and I had stated this to the staff yet they still didn’t listen. This isn’t the first time it’s happened to me here. Safe to say they clearly don’t value food quality and consider those with allergies. Do better
