1st visit yesterday to the new Woolworths at Kirrawee. Couldn't help but check out Dan Murphy. OMG, at last a full opportunity to travel the world in one Huge room. Planning an accompanying beverage for dinner is just going to take a little more (enjoyable) time. No need to stock up, cause you'll want to go back and, Just Brose, as often as possible.

The staff are always very friendly & helpful. Management is never too far away if something requires further attendance. Store is clean & price of products are usually pretty accurate when scanned. Coles over the road is the polar opposite in every category. The only negative I could mention is that sometimes they go a little bit crazy with the air con & it can be quite cold.

Nice new big woolies, there is normally car parks available. They have the new electronic pricing labels which is pretty good. They do run out of stock quiet often. But a easy store to navigate. Have tried the direct to boot service that works great when you have the kids.

I personally would have hoped for the new modern extras you see now days at modern Coles or Woolies, like a coffee bar, sushi bar, scoop mix, etc, but it kinda is just a regular old Woolies with a fresh paint job. I'm disappointed also by how narrow the aisles are and the trolleys are coin operated and annoying.

Absolutely dreadful click and collect. Decided to give them another go after using them very inconsistently over christmas and low and behold 3 items missing again that had been paid for and not advised were missing. Rang 3 times to see if I could collect and Paul the manager fobbed me off to other departments abd got cut off twicetimes. Surely it cant be hard to have a list and tick offeach item??? Coles will be having my orders from now on.
