This is the worst store by far that I've ever come across. The staff were joking around and laughing as people were asking for their money back and leaving because they were waiting for over 30mins for a bacon and egg muffin. I waited 45 mins for 2 pieces of raisin toast and a coffee. They kept saying 3 mins then 15 mins would pass then theyd say it again, i ended up asking for my money back and leaving. Such a joke. Avoid this place at all costs it's the worst store I've ever come across and they ruined our family day out. So much for a quick feed on the way. I'll definitely never return as I'm sure everyone else that was there that day won't either as there were many angry customers. It wasn't even that busy. Poorly managed.

We were there for a granddaughter's birthday dinner. I'm Coeliac (and lactose-intolerant) and especially asked what was gluten-free. The only food offered was a chocolate raspberry cake, that I ordered with a lactose-free coffee (checked if it was full-cream milk, but then corrected herself to lactose-free). My daughter google searched to find something decent for me to eat for dinner - a classic grilled chicken.salad. i got a very unappetising chicken caesar salad, so had to get that swapped. Too many mistakes in everyone's orders and not very helpful.

HiThis is the second time this week that I have asked for a ham a cheese toastie and they haven't been toastedI even waited 10mins in the drive through for itI don't mind waiting but when I get my food and it's not toasted I get a bit annoyedUpdate - 26th of mayWent back after a couple of months and once again im extremely annoyed...You pay $15 odd for a meal and this is what I get... I will be coming in and talking to management.

Only a few hundred metres from the Bruce Hwy, ample parking and the proximity to many shops in the near future and service station this is extremely accessible and handy, imo. Typical McDonald's food and service and I've never had an issue here. Playground as per photos. Nearest parks several km away.

I was served this morning by the most pleasant helpful staff member. This young woman helped me with redeeming my rewards.I've been to this store a number of times and when ordering had been made feel like a hindrance to their day.I wish I had your name for this review. Thank you for being so patient.

Disappointed chips were rock hard, my coffee was half full. 2 teas were made with oat milk not skim.. they were helpful when I asked about more milk for the coffee, no issues. I've tried to drink it but it is bitter and awful.. yes we had a big order however, food quality was not as it should be.

I was waiting in the right hand lane in the drive thru when some chick pulled into the left one then got served first, then my whole meal was cold the second it was given to me and my drink was under half full. Poor service, garbage food and getting away with ripping many many people off.

I thought food was meant to be hot. Serious food safety breaches. Stale buns and fries. Everything was stone cold which is a real worry when you ordered chicken. Worst Maccas experience.

I've only been here a couple of times. Always through Drive Through. The quality of the food is excellent, as is the professionalism of the staff. I hope to visit them in the future and enjoy a dine in experience.

Started with the rudest service in an empty drive thru to only be told my 2 coffees are being made and I should park up, after waiting for 8 minutes for 2 coffees and seeing new drive thru orders with coffees driving past us we were finally given our order with not a single apology and with the same rude attitude
