Both Liam and Jackson are wonderful to deal with. They were realistic on what they provided.We discussed on various options and Sungen team was happy discuss the pros and cons, never trying oversell. Ultimately, I'm happy with my current setup and I would gladly recommend Sungen to my friends and family.

It’s a perfect experience. Sungen’s advice is professional. They could exactly explain the influence of the construction work to the system and provide me with a practical solution, which the other providers failed to do so. Highly recommend Sungen! Both Liam and Jackson were patient, very knowledgeable, provided all the pros and cons of the different systems we inquired about, and didn't try to push us or oversell. In the end we chose a 13.7kWh array (33x415w Trina Vertex S+) with Enphase microinverters, and couldn't be happier with the results. Removed my old 5.4kWh system and installed the new one with little trouble. Site was cleaned up afterward. Will be calling them back when we decide to install a battery.

Sungen did a great job on my 5kw solar setup. Ended up getting Hyundai panels with a Huawei inverter.The system has worked flawlessly since the install and not only have I been able to cut down on electricity, I've been able to monitor power usage throughout the day to make smart decisions on appliances and air con when the solar is cranking.Good honest advice and excellent installers, and helped me organise a replacement for the 50+ year old power box which is much better than that old death trap at a reasonable price. Really happy with the work done.
