Awesome little playground for the kids, plenty of space to throw a picnic rug out as well as bench seats. Slides, rock walls, monkey bars, a 4 way swing that looked like an accident waiting to happen.

Great updates to the park. The climbing frame was quite wobbly even with just 1 small child on it. Would be fab with more things for younger kids to play on as well but overall a nice park.

A very popular spot with great views of the river and bird life. The downside is the antiquated amenities block which is poorly maintained and should be condemned as a serious health hazzard.

Great day to take children to playground during school holidays. Playground equipment is very good. Gentlemen cleaned all the BBQ area whilst we were there. Toilets were clean. Finding a parking spot is easy there are plenty. Short walk to breakwall on the river. Walk way links to end of breakwall at North Haven Beach, or in the other direction to cafes, shops and Noth Haven swimming baths. Shirt walk to North Haven Beach.

Park is good for the kids, but be warned: there's a cranky old prick that lives over the road who turns the power off to the barbecues to discourage people from staying. FYI the power box is near the toilets.

We went here with our grand children and they really enjoyed the playgroundIt was hard to get them away before we went homeThat says enough for me
