Had 2 urgent very invasive scans done here, the staff made me feel so comfortable and we’re so friendly! clinic is very clean and hygienic and private. Bulk billed as-well. Very accomodating in terms of needing quick appointments..

Exceptionally clean. The scent and luxurious furniture remind me of a spa experience. Very professional and efficient staff. Provides clear information and instructions about what to do for a scan. 10/10 would come again

It's positive that we were fitted in on the same day at short notice for a KUB ultrasound for my ASD 4 year old son who has a UTI, and the receptionist was lovely, but the man who actually did my son's ultrasound had very poor social skills. He was extremely cursory, and did nothing to put my son or me as a mum at ease. He directed my son in exactly the same manner you'd direct an adult, and his manner wasn't pleasant or reassuring in any way. He either made little to no eye contact or spoke with his body and face directed away from us altogether. My son was fortunately in a very good mood and was trying to chat friendly to him only to be completely stone-walled at almost every turn. Whilst I'm sure he can do the practical element of his job, the human element was unfortunately sorely lacking.

This clinic is really fantastic. You can get an appointment quite quickly, and the staff doing the scans are really friendly, courteous, and polite! It's also bulk billed, which is great also.There is plenty of parking, and the whole area is very clean and organised.

They got one star cause otherwise I can't comment,,,worst radiology ever,, technician couldn't find anything so asked to go internal,,, still couldn't find the required,,,Then when she decides she can't find a heart beat,,, say's I'm sorry but I don't think the baby is alive...... Thank my partner and presence of children for your nose not being broken by me...........

First 2 scans good. 3rd was a bad experience.

I did what I was told to do for the test I drank the 1 litre of water that I was told to drink but was told when I got there that was not enough go figure
