The customer service here is absolutely horrible. The staff are so rushed with your order, and when I asked for the ingredients they impatiently stated the list. It is actually quite expensive for bubble tea, a small cup for $8! The actual drink was okay, it was still average. Very watery, too much tea, very little flavour. And when I mean very watery, I mean VERY watery. The tea flavour was overpowering and made it disgusting to drink. So much of a ‘flavour adventure’ chatime :(

We went at 8:45am, after specifically checking on google their opening time - which stated at 8:30am. They don't open until 9am. We had to be somewhere but had already gone out of our way so we waited until 9. Next thing they don't have pearls - they aren't ready until 10. At this point I was still understanding, I guess they need to be cooked (but also there were staff there before the shop opened so you'd assume it would be to prepare things like the pearls?) Then I compromised and asked for custard instead - out of custard" 60 seconds after opening.The main inconvenience was the fact that they actually acknowledged they open later due to being "understaffed" but just decide to tell nobody and still advertise they open at 8:30

Staff are absolute credit to the company n the tea was truly Tea-riffic n delicious. Definitely will be back n my go to spot everytime I go to North Lakes Westfield.

I don’t think the staff want our business. Looking at other reviews it seems to be a recurring issue, customers being ignored, as I experienced myself today. Stood at the counter holding a fussy baby for quite sometime and was not acknowledged by either of the two staff members who didn’t seem bothered by the queue that was beginning to form behind me. I ended up leaving, didn’t want to waste anymore time on such terrible customer service. Can say I won’t bother going back to try a second time. Absolutely dismal.

This place is a bit of a dice roll; sometimes the drinks are ok, other times, it feels like they slapped some frothed milk in a cup of slime. About a majority of the times ive been there, the drinks have been disgusting. The only thing that is really holding this place up is the friendly staff.

The most disgusting, sickly sweet drink I've ever had. At least the girl who served me was friendly. I decided to surprise a family member at home who loves bubble tea, instead I nearly made them vomit. Thanks Chatime!The photo doesn't seem to attach to the review, but I ordered a No Sugar" tea

Worst Customer service I have ever experienced. There were 4 girls at your North Lakes store “working” today. They were more interested in their phones and chatting that actually serving people. After standing there for a while they finally decided to serve me while continue to all chat together meaning she completely missed my order as she was more interested in her workmates phone that taking my order.They then all went back to phone and chatting instead of making the drinks till they noticed me and another customer getting irritated so finally made the drinks. Got my order completely wrong and the other customer was also so disgusted as when I mentioned my order was wrong and can they fix it I was met with attitude and eye rolls from the one who served me. Thankfully one of the other girls fixed the order. Won’t be returning if customers are too much of an inconvenience to their social lives.

The Chatime a North lakes shopping center denied my order of a frozen claining they were out of ice. but still had it seems plenty of ice for any other drink order. the frozen option is the ONLY option available that is caffeine free their menu still said they could do this. I love chatime and I am deeply disappointed with the staff members currently operation the stall. I have now chosen to go elsewhere in the centre for my tea due to the incompetence of this stores staff.
