I went there for a top up of supplies for the week after school with my child and a friend's daughter. One male staff member was very helpful and friendly and understand when we had an incident, and I appreciate how he handled the situation.

I wish that I could of given more stars, but I am disappointed that I feel like I have to sanitise my hands after opening the glass doors in the fridges. On the good note, friendly team, great selections and not too long of a wait in checkouts.

Approached a lady working in the deli area around 8:30pm on the 20/10/22 asking if she knew where a certain product was, she turned around and said I wouldn’t have a clue and just carried on, no effort in trying to help despite me being polite. Definitely needs a refresher on her customer service skills.

Drove all day from Noosa. Ran in on Thursday public holiday at 6.05 pm with my family, needed water, milk, basic food, pleased to give us 5 minutes. Nah, they turned us away, heartless people, no care. Shame on you woolworths and shame on your heartless staff who have no empathy
