This is a fantastic, friendly and happy physie club where everyone is welcome, regardless of ability. Physical Culture or physie as it is known is great for co-ordination, strength, flexibility and posture. Making life long friends is the unexpected bonus of sharing a passion with like minded girls and women! Come and join us and become a physie girl! You won’t regret it!

Kannella has been a part of mine and my daughters life for 30+ years andthe wonderful and caring friends we have made make our lives all the more richer. What is so important and is constantly instilled in us whether a competitor or supporter of the club is we are family which is the most wonderful feeling and gives you a sense of security and love.
