Palmview Mechanical Repairs

Have been using Palmview Mechanical for over 20 years. I only need a service once a year due to low mileage so last week was the first time I met the new owners who have been there a while now. I could tell the difference as soon as I started driving. Great service, good price, very easy indeed. Thanks guys. I'll be back.

Great mechanic service Rob is the new owner and helped me out when I was stuck, its a bonus that he's good bloke as well. If I could give more stars I would as its hard to find a reliable mechanic that nothing is a problem for. I'll be back

These guys were fantastic,Engine overheated Friday arvo, just managed to make it to aussie world and found these guys, they quickly looked over the engine and found a burst heater hose. Replaced it for me then and there with a spare and got me on the road again. Would highly recommend these guys. I would say I have found my new mechanic.

Absolute Worst Customer Service.Took my car to Rob today and was not aware they had changed ownership.Required a fix of master cylinder on Clutch and full service which I had spoken to him about over the phone and receptionist before I left.Got a call whilst getting my nails done saying Required a new rocket cover which I was fine with.When I asked about Clutch he said he knew nothing about it and told me that I can pick up my car and no longer be a customer. I asked why and he responded with You never asked for that, I need parts etc.I asked so can you do it as I have always had my car serviced there.No I will do rocket cover then you are no longer a customer. Your car is disgusting and the last owner was dodgy.I got off the phone crying as I was not rude and abusive and felt judged.The people in the nail salon in Currimundi where all in shock and disgusted at the way I was treated.Yes my car was not clean but between chemotherapy and work I barely have the energy to eat.So upset by such a poor attitude.Then too top it off the label for next service on the windscreen was 100 thousand km out.

If it it was possible to give 10 stars I would readily .. I have used the services of Palmview Mechanical for a number of years and I never take my car anywhere else. Rob and the guys are very experienced at all sorts of mechanical work as well as the regular servicing my vehicle requires .. I recently had a bull bar fitted and it was done very professionally, in good time and looks fantastic on my car. At all levels, this is a very professionally run business whose services I thoroughly recommend.

Broke down late Thursday arvo on the Bruce. I got a tow to Palmview Mechanical. The service was impeccable and efficient. Rob was on the hunt for parts before the car was even in the shop. Rob worked on it and had it on the road at an affordable price in no time. Highly recommend their service. They are very friendly and accommodating bunch of people.
