I had a very good experience with one of their technicians. My Internet provider had done a very poor job and I was desperate for internet. He went above and beyond, doing all he could possibly do. Definitely would recommend him, and would use their service again next time.

Super chill polite dude came here right on time. Fixed the phone line real quick and now I'm back online. Good professional work worth every cent. 5/5 will call if I ever have troubles again.

We were pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and care shown to us by Amer from Oztel. He went above and beyond to ensure work done for us by someone else was in fact correct and complete. It was such relief to hear no further work was needed. A bigger surprise was: he refused to accept payment for his time. I would recommend him highly to anyone in need of telco work.Thank you Amer.

Nbn tech totally ruined my mothers nbn instal rang the boys who came the next day and rectified problems he had caused plus a couple morevery professional and friendly service would highly recommend

The people who fixed My phone line were awesome and very helpful and especially comimg on a weekend I will b recommending them to my other family and friends.. The two that came over to fix my problem was so polite and new what they were doing thankyou you have done a amazing job..
